Boot Camp - Seminar & Corporate Classes

I now offer Boot Camp Seminar's & Boot Camp Corporate Classes!

These Classes & Seminars, while intense, are meant for bringing a group together through HARD work and through TOUGH challenges that they have to complete as a group & as a team!

Boot Camp Semianrs & Corporate Classes   

These Boot Camps are usually scheduled as a weekend Seminar OR as short term classes to JUMP START a health and wellness program or to help bring groups together!  BootCamp Seminars can be held outdoors as well as indoors!  The program consists of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training provided by a professional!  


What if your not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capa

ble of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Groups all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.  You will inspire and be inspired by others in your group, while being led by a professional trainer!

What types of exercises are included in the program? 
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, and Pilates mat exercises, surprises and more! 

HOW do I sign up?                                                                                                                 FIRST, pick your Boot Camp Captain, Your Leader and liason!  Second, have your Camp Captain contact me!  After talking with the BootCamp 'Captain', schedule a class and/or Seminar based on your groups individual needs and wants.  These Camp Classes are Intense, but can be modified for ANYONE!  They help build commaradery for groups and help develop and strengthen ties!

Private/Personal Training

Although my Group Fitness classes is a GREAT way to get in shape, some people prefer Personal and Private Instruction for various reasons!  Personal Training is just that, PERSONIZED! You will NOT get a one-fits-all class or workout, you will get a tailored workout just for YOU!  Please Call and schedule a consultation! 

Prices: $35  Personal Training session for one person

Group Fitness Classes - Ross Martial Arts & Fitness Academy

I teach many Fitness & Martial Arts Classes at Ross Martial Arts & Fitness Academy in Demopolis, Alabama.

Kickboxing & Bootcamp Fitness (KB Fit)  I teach this class several times a week at various times.  These classes are Intense, but can be modified for ANYONE!  These classes are a full body workout that incorporates many elements, including High Intensity Interval Training, Resistance Training, and Plyometric work!  The focus is Fat Loss and Muscle Tone! 

 

Strength/Core & Conditioning Class.  
These classes are about building full body strength, endurance and explosive power!  These classes are TOUGH but designed to help take trained Athletes to the NEXT level! These classes, use exercise prescription to specifically improve the performance in athletic competition. I work with several area athletes who come to me to improve their overall athletic performance and/or who are referred to me by their team coaches.  Some of the sports that we work with are, Football, Soccer, Baseball/Softball, Mixed Martial Arts, Wrestling/Grappling, and Triathletes.  Classes are taught at Ross Martial Arts & Fitness Academy

TREK-FIT Classes: ‘RUN-BIKE-ROW’ Fitness Classes
An Endurance class that will improve your trekking abilities!!
This Class is an Endurance conditioning class that is focused on running, cycling and rowing!
Classes will include both long-endurance training as well as high intensity intervals for a full range of fitness & conditioning. This Class is a MUST for anyone who is looking to begin or improve their competition or for those just looking for a new and different fitness class!

Youth Fitness This is a Strength & Conditioning class for ages 8-13yrs.  This class forcuses on proper movement and age appropriate exercises to help young children develop into healthy and stronger bodies.

 BodyFlowing Fitness  These classes are about improving flexibility, core strength and improved posture through Pilates and Yoga techniques.
